Credits are how you pay for AI generations. Each generation costs a set number of credits based on the model you use, and the cost is shown before you create it. Lighter models cost fewer credits, higher quality models cost more.

Setting up and customizing your brand, generating captions and ad copy, and using the Creative Ad Studio all don't cost credits. AI Image and AI Video are what draw from your balance, since those are the parts that run on AI models. Everything else is free to use as much as you want. See the plan comparison for exact monthly allowances.

All monthly plan credits stay active for the month they're issued and reset the following billing period. Credits you buy as a top-up work differently: they never expire, and are used only after your monthly credits run out.

Buy a top-up pack any time, or turn on auto top-up so your balance refills automatically when it runs low. You can also upgrade your plan for a bigger monthly allowance.

If a generation fails, those credits are returned to your balance automatically. You're never charged for a failed generation.

Plans bill monthly or yearly depending on what you choose, and renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. Cancel any time and your plan stays active through the end of the cycle you already paid for.

Lite is our entry plan, meant for trying BrandBully out before committing, so it's billed monthly only. If you want yearly billing and the discount that comes with it, you can start on Creator or above.

Yes. Move to yearly billing any time to lock in the discount for that plan. Yearly is available on Creator, Pro, and Agency.

Choosing the right plan depends on your business. We recommend evaluating your monthly credit needs against the scope of what you're generating: how many creatives, how often, and how many people on your team need access. Most businesses find they get the most value from the higher end of the ladder, so if you're between two plans, it's worth sizing up.

Enterprise is for teams that need something beyond our standard plans, whether that's a custom credit volume, more seats, custom billing terms, or dedicated support. Talk to our sales team and we'll put together a plan and quote that fits.

Yes. Change plans any time from your subscription settings. Upgrading takes effect immediately with your new credit allowance; downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you haven't spent any credits, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond that window, or once any credits have been used, all purchases are final. Contact support@brandbully.com and we'll take care of it.
